KelTech IoT joins Free Electrons – The Global Energy Startup Program

KelTech IoT has been chosen to participate in Free Electrons – the most dynamic startup program in the energy sector, worldwide. 

The company was chosen among applications from 77 different countries and offers KelTech IoT a unique opportunity to work alongside leading energy utilities from around the globe to deliver cutting edge solutions and co-create the future of energy.

Now, more than ever, innovation is required in the energy utility sector. The four driving forces (known as the 4Ds) of the energy industry – decarbonisation, decentralisation, digitalization and deregulation, are driving this change and real disruption. Free Electrons is a vital programme for utilities to identify new technologies and innovations that will help them meet this transition.

The 9 global utilities involved in the programme are American Electric Power, AusNet Services, CLP, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Energias de Portugal (EDP), E.ON, Electricity Supply Board (ESB), Origin Energy, SP Group.
